RQS 2025 Summer School in New York City
The RQS Summer School is an opportunity for graduate students and postdocs to learn from Quantum experts from around the world.
The NSF Quantum Leap Challenge Institute for Robust Institute for Quantum Simulation (RQS) is planning its third annual inclusive and immersive summer school. We aim to provide attendees with a broad background on which they can build their understanding of the existing challenges in quantum simulation and create opportunities for collaboration.
Dates:
The 2026 RQS Summer School will be from Sunday, June 7 to Tuesday, June 9.
Registration:
Attendance is limited. Once registration is open, please complete the application process to submit your interest in attending. We will review each application and respond separately via email to update you on the outcome of the review process. Please do not make any travel plans until you receive a confirmation of acceptance.
Focus:
Classroom-style lectures exploring practical quantum simulation from experimental and theoretical perspectives.

The 2026 Summer School features two-hour talks from the following speakers:

Agenda:
The Summer School will feature multiple hours for lecturer on various quantum simulation related topics and open networking for the attendees to form connections for future collaborations. More details here.
